Join us at Ramboll's Bridges & Structures Division in Denmark and contribute to our mission of creating sustainable and innovative infrastructure solutions worldwide. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Junior Bridge Engineer to develop into a great bridge engineer and designer, working on both national and international projects.
Join our Bridges & Structures Division in Denmark
As our new Junior Bridge and Structures Engineer, you will be an integral part of our diverse team of approximately 150 bridge engineering experts. Our primary focus has traditionally been the Danish market, but together with other country units we're actively expanding to include international projects across Scandinavia and central and southern Europe. Our expertise spans a broad spectrum of infrastructure projects, ranging from the design and construction of new railway, road, and footbridges to the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing structures.
We take pride in our significant experience designing movable bridges and working on marine and underground structures. Our team is also proficient in handling complex challenges associated with aging infrastructure, using innovative solutions and advanced technology to assess, monitor, and rehabilitate existing bridges and structures, ensuring their continued safety and functionality.
We believe in proactive learning and provide abundant opportunities for growth. You will work alongside experienced designers and drafters, gaining insight into all aspects of bridge engineering. Our Head Office in Copenhagen or our offices in Vejle and Aarhus will be your primary workplace, but due to our global reach, occasional travel or temporary relocation may be required for certain projects.
Harnessing the Power of Technology
We use modern software such as Sofistik, Lusas, AutoCAD, Microstation, and Tekla to analyze, visualize, and design bridges. Beyond these industry-standard tools, we also employ innovative technology and techniques such as AI, computational design, automated workflows, BIM, and 3D modeling. Our use of these advanced technologies enables us to optimize designs and material use, ensuring our projects align with sustainability goals and can achieve sustainability certification.
