We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working inventory assistant with Manufacturing industry experience in UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating records in Zoho software
- Deal with the suppliers and handle the inventory
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and Packing List.
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
- Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
- Compiling balance, price and cost reports.
- Track inventory and assist in Reordering of materials
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (Inventory, purchases, Supplies, products and others) in effectively and efficiently.
- Handle and schedule deliveries.
- Perform other duties assigned by Manager and Management.
Requirements:
- A Degree is must
- 2+ years UAE working experience in inventory control is required.
- Must have working experience with Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Can join Immediately.
- Willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
