In order to meet the increase in demand of our services, we are looking for high caliber professionals with relevant work experiences to provide part-time teaching in the following specialisms:

Half-cell Potential Measurement, Covermeter Survey and Pull-off Tester
Surface Penetration Radar Survey
Major Duties of Lecturer:
(a)
To conduct lectures and perform other teaching related activities or duties, such as preparing teaching materials, setting assignments and examination papers, and marking both assignments and examination scripts for the programmes in the above specialisms (teaching materials and lectures will be in either Chinese or English); and
(b)
To attend coordination meetings when necessary.
Requirements for Lecturer:
(a)
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience;
(c)
For specialism(I), experience in designing and/or managing Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) project and relevant temporary work-related experiences for MiC construction is a must;
(d)
Experience in curriculum and training material development is preferred; and
(e)
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese.

Candidate(s) with less experience may be considered for the post of “Part-time (Evening) Assistant Lecturer” in the rank of Teaching Associate.
