- Collaborate with retailers to enhance sales and market share

Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze market share data and provide insights / recommendations to the sales team to increase retailer’s sales potential
- Analyze store sales data to identify low performing KPIs (Key Performance Index) of the retailers and collaborate with retailers on improvement and action plans

Determine the most suitable products to display in stores based on retail mapping and the sales characteristics of each store- Ensure actions plans are derived to maximize M/S in respective category/stores and follow up on actions in the next meetings with respective stake holders.
- Coordinate with retailers to conduct Partner RM to help improve sales in key stores by focusing on 4 Ps – Product, Place, Price, People
- Trade marketing experience to analyse competitive price movements, display status, competitive promotions, sell-out data and direct the sales teams where to take action on a weekly basis
- Manage Brand shop & Distributions store sell out analysis and provide the sales team with key insights.
- Liaise with the sales team and actively participate in Retail meeting with Retail Channel, Distributor to analyse previous sell out data and take action plans.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve and provide quality inform action to the management and the sales team to improve promotional plan to drive higher sell out.
- Verification of Sales (Claims) by using Samsung internal system Market Communication system(MCS)
- In case of discrepancies check Electronic data interface(EDI), Point of sales system(MPOS), Supply chain management system (GSCM) and identify the issue (if any) and resolve the issue
- Upload manual data on MCS both SKU wise and IMEI/SKU which is received from the partners through KAMs
- Develop new reports and continuous improvement of existing reports
- Participate, support, or lead initiatives / projects to drive business performance and efficiencies
- Proactively communicate key variances, risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders for corrective actions
- Organize and analyze data from available data sources to support retail reporting, projects and initiatives
- Create analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects
- Develop standard templates, scorecards, and benchmarking capability across accounts and region
- Present retail analysis to both internal and external contacts
- Provide support and proposes recommendations for improvements to tools and information used within retail analytics
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably with Mobile retail companies
- Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Data Science/ Computer Science /Business /Finance
- Preferably advanced skills in business intelligence/ data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Must be proficient with Excel, including use of pivot tables, financial functions, data analysis, auditing and additional functions; advanced formatting and analysis tools
- Must possess an understanding/ ability to perform statistical modeling and data extraction, and also provide insights and make strategic business recommendations through presentations, reports, and analyses
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Market Exposure in consumer electronics retail & sales force activities
- Passion for driving business decisions through data-driven insights
- You have proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst preferably in retail
- Strong communicative skills. The ability to prepare and present concise and clear results to stakeholders
- Preferably with SQL and working with databases and any scripting language (Python/R) (nice to have)
- Strong track record in delivering high impact from data through leading multiple cross-functional projects
