Description

As the first point of contact you will not only be represing our client, you will also be representing some of Australia top airlines at Sydney Mascot Airport.

In this fast paced position, you will greet the customers to ensure you can assist them with their booking, providing them with detailed information about the valet service to ensure a smooth process from drop off to pick up.

As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Meet and greet every cutomer as they arrive at the Valet Service
  • Uphold the commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Manage payments and the eftpos machine
  • Update the booking system
  • Address issues and concerns promptly and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate closely with important internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a sincere dedication to delivering outstanding customer service (previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail, hospitality, or related industries, is a plus).
  • Demonstrate excellent face-to-face communication skills to engage with customers effectively

Profile

As a Check-In Meet and Greet Attendant, you'll be interacting with customers all day. Therefore, effective communication skills are essential to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Showcasing your ability to communicate effectively in a professional and friendly manner can help you excel in this role.

To be considered for this role, you must have;

  • Experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on delivering excellent service
  • Previous face-to-face customer service
  • The ability to be flexible and available to work on weekends.
  • Professional personal presentation.
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company
