What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintains and updates the employee database files (including but not limited to: 201 files, Masterlist, etc.)
  • Administers the Job Offer to the successful applicants.
  • Collects and organizes the pre-employment requirements of upcoming hires.
  • Facilitates part of the onboarding process of the new hires.
  • Assists the other HR with HR related duties and responsibilities.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • With related HR working experience
  • Must be adept with MS Office and other common platforms.
  • Above average English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Should have a pleasing personality, results driven, and displays high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Can start ASAP.

Salary: Php16,150.00 - Php19,150.00 per month
