What you’ll be doing:
- Maintains and updates the employee database files (including but not limited to: 201 files, Masterlist, etc.)
- Administers the Job Offer to the successful applicants.
- Collects and organizes the pre-employment requirements of upcoming hires.
- Facilitates part of the onboarding process of the new hires.
- Assists the other HR with HR related duties and responsibilities.
What you’ll need to bring:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course
- With related HR working experience
- Must be adept with MS Office and other common platforms.
- Above average English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Should have a pleasing personality, results driven, and displays high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Can start ASAP.
