EVENT COORDINATOR
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Event Coordinator will be working closely with Managing Director, Chef(s), and all Department related in marketing, planning, and execution of all event in Santanera. He/she will serve as the first point of contact of all event for client and communicate the client’s need to all Department related. He/she will promote Santanera as an event site to offsite clients throughout Bali, as well as build and maintain relation with vendors and others to create cross-promotional marketing and referral relationships.
REQUIREMENT:
- 1-2 year(s) Previous work experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in hospitality industry;
- Other combinations of education and experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job will be considered;
- Excellent customer service skill, communication and pleasant attitude & appearance;
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
- A proven knowledge of event planning and execution is essential;
- Willing to travel for business trip if required;
- Domicile in Bali;
- Able to join immediately
