Research and develop ideas of new and upcoming products
Propose creative ideas and make new concepts
Do research on competitor's packaging of their products
Align with the other team to create the best product packaging
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to make sure everything is going according to plan
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.
Bachelor's Degree in any major from high reputation university is preferred
Have good taste in design and color palette
Proficient to use Adobe Photoshop and in graphic design
Adapt easily and able to blend with the team
Able to catch up with the rapid changes within the organization
Reacts wisely and quickly when something happens
Excellent attention to details
Fluent in English is a MUST
Able to do WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
