We are seeking a Programme level Project/Product Integration Lead to support our client’s 5-year Information Management transformational change program.
Currently in early stages of establishment, the IM Programme aims to transform the management of information across New Zealand’s largest national security enterprise. It enhances organisational and operational efficiency by providing timely, precise, and reliable information for decision-making. IM covers information processing and delivery throughout its life-cycle, enabling swift access to relevant information, informed decisions, and confident task execution.
At present, the organisation lacks proper IM structures, disciplines, norms, and mechanisms for holding individuals accountable for adhering to them. This deficiency results in personnel resorting to creating their own IM systems, ultimately fostering a culture that fails to recognise the significance of information as a valuable asset.
In this role, the Product Integration Lead will enhance the Information Management capability throughout the entire enterprise. This will be achieved by making strategic investments in people’s skills, refining processes, implementing frameworks, and adopting advanced technology. Within the Project, the role of the Product Integration Lead is crucial as it involves assessing policies and devising plans for implementing necessary changes.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced working in similar projects/programmes/portfolios in terms of delivery approach, scope and outcomes. As well as experience working within the public sector and complex organisations, they will have experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
There is flexibility for our ideal candidate to be based outside of Wellington with any travel to be at their own expense.
