This Real Estate investment company is renowned for its expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructure investments. With a focus on delivering value to their investors and stakeholders, they are seeking a talented Investment Controller to further enhance their financial operations.
Reconciliation to Fund GAAP (LUX-GAAP, IFRS) and quality control of local accounting for their investments in real estate businesses in Germany and overseas are both prepared.- Management and coordination of their internal and external service providers, including accountants, attorneys, tax consultants, and auditors
- Ensuring that financial statements and tax returns are properly prepared and/or audited, and organising tax audits
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in investment or real estate (controller, accountant or auditor)
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Understanding of real asset investment principles and financial analysis
- Full-time or contract so you feel stable and can focus on your own development
