Solutions Architect at Mercer, Warsaw Office
Are you ready to take on the exciting role of Solutions Architect within Mercer's Global Product Team? We are seeking candidates who possess technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to craft effective solutions leveraging Mercer's data products via API integration and other technologies. In this external-facing position, you will work closely with our partners to drive revenue and success for both Mercer and our partner companies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions that integrate Mercer's data products, including total rewards & compensation benchmarks, engagement benchmarks, and mobility data, into our partner companies' ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with partner companies to understand their business needs, constraints, and objectives.
Designing and implementing solutions that integrate Mercer's data products through API and other means.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of solution designs.
Providing technical support and guidance to partner companies during the integration process.
Regularly communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Continuously improving solutions based on feedback and changing business needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a technology-focused company.
Expertise in working collaboratively with partner organizations and channel sales teams to deliver value to both organizations.
Familiarity with data products, especially in the HR tech industry, is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of APIs, data transfer protocols, and system design principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
A proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions in a business setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out:
Familiarity with total rewards & compensation benchmarks, engagement benchmarks, and mobility data.
Working experience with JSON & GraphQL.
