JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing and organizing files, records, and documents.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and daily outlet schedule.
  • Conduct outlet audit twice a week.
  • Assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assisting in event planning and organization.
  • Managing and updating company calendars and schedules.
  • Providing general administrative support to colleagues and executives.
  • Ensuring the office is well-organized and runs smoothly.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: From RM1,600.00 per month
