JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and organizing files, records, and documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and daily outlet schedule.
- Conduct outlet audit twice a week.
- Assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assisting in event planning and organization.
- Managing and updating company calendars and schedules.
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues and executives.
- Ensuring the office is well-organized and runs smoothly.
- Following company policies and procedures.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
