•Utilize the Logistass Software to ensure secure access.
•Input shipment details for Air Freight - Inbound and Outbound, Sea Freight - Inbound and Outbound, Road Freight, and Custom Clearance using the Logistaas Software.
•Upload shipping documents by scanning them into the Logistaas Software.
•Generate Costing Sheets for Freight clients.
•Verify and supervise the documents within all Freight job file folders.
•Record payment details using the Logistaas Software.
•Organize Master Filing.
•Monitor the pickup and delivery of Freight Shipments and follow up accordingly.
•Manage SV Bookings, follow up with RM, CIC, Finance, and reports.
- Communicate with the Vendor/Finance team regarding payments.
