Job Description
- Manage recruitment processes and training administration;
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including defining role requirements, screening candidates, and negotiating offers;
- Establish relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide updates and market intelligence;
- Analyze recruitment channels and expenses, and develop innovative solutions to meet recruitment needs; * Represent the company at events to build relationships with potential candidates;
- Enhance relationships with universities and improve employer branding; * Implement long-term traineeships to improve proficiency within the company;
- Provide consultation and coaching to employees on personal development;
- Identify talent development needs and develop training offerings;
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions;
- Perform special tasks assigned by the HR manager.
The Successful Applicant
- HR qualification, certification, and work experience;
- In-house recruitment experience;
- Knowledge of recruitment, learning, and talent management;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, German a plus;
- Team player with an engaging and positive attitude;
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to change.
