Job Description

  • Manage recruitment processes and training administration;
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including defining role requirements, screening candidates, and negotiating offers;
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide updates and market intelligence;
  • Analyze recruitment channels and expenses, and develop innovative solutions to meet recruitment needs; * Represent the company at events to build relationships with potential candidates;
  • Enhance relationships with universities and improve employer branding; * Implement long-term traineeships to improve proficiency within the company;
  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees on personal development;
  • Identify talent development needs and develop training offerings;
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions;
  • Perform special tasks assigned by the HR manager.

The Successful Applicant

  • HR qualification, certification, and work experience;
  • In-house recruitment experience;
  • Knowledge of recruitment, learning, and talent management;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, German a plus;
  • Team player with an engaging and positive attitude;
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to change.

flexible working (2-3days on location)
