Position Description:

The TMEA PH TC is a key territory position for delivering customer value and increasing our overall business results. This position will be involved in the development, adjustment and execution of strategies and marketing plans for relevant brands. The technical consultant is the external and internal technical advocate of PH products as well as the company brand. The technical consultant provides technical input in case of questions, requests and complaints related to products or diseases areas. The TC will be also responsible for the interpretation and communication strategy of the results.
- Technical consultant need to cooperate closely with local marketing team, be part of strategy discussion, brand planning, preparation of activation plans and executions.
- Provides technical product and disease training to customer, channel partners and sales force.
- Build and maintains relationship with key opinion leader and customers.
- Follow up technical questions and complaints about our product portfolio, including potential adverse events.
- Support sales force and marketing manager to realize targets and execute campaigns.
- Responsible for the technical accuracy of promotional materials.
- Support business development, analyze new product opportunities and product positioning.
- Analyze competition and unique selling proposition of competitors.
- In contacts with Global TC Marketers, but also needs to be involved in Global Marketing community and closely cooperate with local marketing to contribute to the adaptation of Global strategy to local.
- Managing customer relations, determining customer needs, providing technical support according to needs.
Qualifications:
- Veterinary medicine education, advanced education levels are a benefit.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in PH business as TC, practitioner or in pharmaceutical commercial department.
- Keen interest in professional technical topics.
- Experience in teamwork, proactivity, focus on results and focus on customers.
- Excellent organizational and performance skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in English language is essential.
- Personal responsibility and diligence in accomplishment of tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multi tasks.
- Understanding and compliance with Elanco’s rules and procedures and requirements for approval of projects.
- Positive attitude to and compliance with the principles of Elanco’s corporate culture.

Other Information:
- Travel required regularly within TMEA and occasionally EMEA region/or globally, up to 50%.
- This position will be reported to TMEA Marketing Leader and Poultry Marketing Manager Turkey
