Responsibilities

  • Support the team in identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding influencer
  • marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing relationships with content creators, ensuring timely content delivery and alignment with campaign goals, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation, showcasing your interest in the content and creator space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, reflecting a startup mindset.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations, utilizing your analytical skills.
  • Assist in scheduling content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others, demonstrating your adaptability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging content creators to identify potential partnership opportunities, reflecting your genuine interest in the content and creator space.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, highlighting your interest in the content and creator space.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing, showcasing your knowledge and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reflecting your strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
