Our Sales Hub (aka, the JUCY Contact Centre) is made up of a vibrant team of Sales Specialists. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our Sales Specialists give customers the green light to have the time of their lives by helping them with their booking enquires for New Zealand and Australia. The Sales Hub Team Leader oversees the daily operation of this team, exemplifies the JUCY customer service and sales experience, and drives high-quality interactions at every point. They are also responsible for allocating tasks, issue resolution, handling escalations, rostering, and developing and coaching the team.
To be a successful Sales Team Leader, you will have:

- A minimum of two years of proven experience in a leadership role (this is a must-have!)
- Experience in leading a sales-driven team
- Experience in tourism or the rental vehicle industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A constant need to deliver the best customer service possible, and expect this from the team
- Knowledgeable about travel in Australia and New Zealand
- Bonus points if you are fluent in at least one other language (but English is a must)
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
