Position Overview


The selected candidate will assist the Service Manager/ Lead CSE who reports to the Marketing Director to oversee the management of customer service in Singapore. You will be working and based at our customer site ( semi-conductor industry) in Changi Industrial Park area , working in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for career development and growth.


Job Responsiblities

  • Attend to Customer complaints and develop good working relationship with Customer
  • Assist Customer to develop resolution (both on-site & off-site) for machine installation / repairs/ troubleshooting & maintenance.
  • Plans and coordinate with Production on non-conformance product screening
  • Conduct containment measures and minimizes DMR issued by customers
  • Provide engineering support to Customer / Internal Departments related to quality and technical issues
  • Support Specification Review
  • Any other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge or experience in process or fixture designs
  • Exposure / experience to the semiconductor manufacturing line would be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations & communication skills
  • Possesses problem solving, critical thinking skills & ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to be based in customer sites and to travel overseas where necessary
