Look no further, we are currently recruiting for receptionists to join our experienced hotel team. If you have a passion to learn, confidence to engage with guests/customers and pride yourself on providing excellent customer service then look no further. Our competitive package ranges from £11-£13 per hour, dependent on experience. We also have both full and part-time positions available.

The hotel has undergone a full refurbishment and rebrand to meet the exacting requirements set by Hilton for their first, flagship Tapestry within the UK.

The Samuel Ryder, St Albans is a 60 key, luxury 4-star hotel located within the heart of
St Albans City Centre. Comprising luxury boutique style guestrooms, a fantastic new cocktail bar and a highly curated, select F&B offering, the Samuel Ryder aims to deliver a luxury lifestyle experience designed for the sophisticated traveller.

At the Samuel Ryder, St Albans we want our staff to have a passion for customer service. As part of this integral guest/customer facing team you will directly contribute to the high levels of customer service required by Hilton and will be required to:

- Manage customer relations when necessary

- Complete the necessary Hilton training

- Assist with managing guest check-ins and check-outs

- Undertake Health and Safety training

- Undertake any reasonable duties that may be assigned by the senior manager in the hotel

You must be a team player, willing to collaborate with other Team Members in other departments and go the extra mile to ensure every guest experience and interaction is seamless from check-in to check-out.

You should demonstrate the right attitude, behaviours, skills, and core values:

- IT literate (MS word/Excel etc)

- Ability to work on your own or in teams

It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following flexibility:

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
