If people are your thing and you would like to gain first holistic experience in the field of Human Resources, join our team for a 2- 4-months internship. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate strongly with our Talent Scouts and HR Generalists on HR-related tasks and projects.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Screening candidate applications and sourcing for candidate profiles
  • Coordinating interviews and joining our Talent Scouts in interviewing applicants
  • Supporting with office management-related tasks
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and projects along the employee life cycle for example contracts, on- and offboarding, payroll and our employee engagement survey

What makes you the right match:

  • Student in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and English skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
  • Empathetic and people-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
  • Valid work permit to Austria
