Job Descriptions:
- Manage project execution and ensure deliverables align with solution requirements to meet customers' needs.
- Participate in pre-sales engagement activities and assist in formulating sales proposals.
- Take part in project tenders and proof of concept presentations for customers.
- Plan project schedules and milestones.
- Oversee project deployment, including site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and user acceptance tests, until project closure.
- Provide administrative training to customers on operation and maintenance requirements.
- Offer first-level support to customers for Telecommunication/Wireless systems and/or IT infrastructure systems related issues.
- Develop escalation action plans and proactively follow up until issues are resolved.
- Create and maintain site-specific system configuration documents for post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with principals for technical assistance on solutions and support.
- Manage communication and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
- Provide support to the rack integration team when necessary.
- Perform work at heights and in small confined spaces when required.
- Travel to customers' premises and overseas for job assignments when necessary.
- Work outside regular office hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Be available for standby duty to attend to customers' sites during and after office hours, weekends, and public holidays, when needed.
- Demonstrate self-reliance and ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Possess problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
- Adapt well to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Adhere to health & safety policies, ensuring high-quality workmanship at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related fields. Other Engineering disciplines will be considered.
- Networking certification, if applicable.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in public speaking and conducting presentations to customers.
- Experience in Telecommunication/Wireless systems and/or IT infrastructure systems.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and problem isolation.
- Ability to provide hardware and software technical support and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient in either AutoCAD or MicroStation (not mandatory).
