The Process Excellence Leader (IT – Tableau) will report to the Quality Management Systems & Business Compliance Manager in Honeywell Process Solutions Business Operations organization. This is a global role responsible for dealing with functional business like Projects, Services and GTAC and also in maintaining and development of Tableau Dashboards as per business needs. The Process Excellence Leader (IT – Tableau) will play a key role in driving the improvement of the businesses processes and procedure and will be involved with the rest of the support functions for specific processes like customer satisfaction program, action plans after audits and metrics. This role will be involved with business review meetings to understand their current issues and related action plans.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining existing Tableau Dashboards.
- Works to develop new Dashboards in Tableau as per business needs.
- Work closely with Honeywell Process Solutions Business and Functional Leaders to implement and drive the Honeywell Corporate Customer Survey policies to meet the strategic goals and objectives.
- Close interaction with Projects, Services and GTAC for supporting the processes and procedures
- Involved in business review meetings to understand the current issues and needs and related action plans.
- Review of the procedures, continuous improvement and correlation with business needs and full integration with Honeywell Process Solutions Quality Management System.
- Working closely with Customer Satisfaction Program Leader for all surveys which are running across the Honeywell Process Solutions.
- Work to achieve Global Program Management process compliance.
- Work to achieve Global System for Mobile Communications process compliance.
- Identify lowest ranked audit results and drive compliance.
- Support rollout of new tools and process changes.
- Co-ordinate with Projects and Services QA/LOB Managers, Excellence leads, CA owners and leaders to drive CA closure to >85%.
- Work with excellence teams to identify trends/gaps
- Provide feedback during monthly Process Leaders Call – progress, status of actions and metrics to achieve NPS metric for GSM.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Science, Supply Chain, or Technical discipline.
- 3 – 5 years of experience working in some of these business environments: IT (Developer, Testing), Project Operations, Service Operations, Manufacturing/Assembly Operations, Quality, Engineering (Design, Manufacturing, Test), Six Sigma/continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in working with/developing Tableau Dashboards.
- Good written and spoken English.
Skills:
- Highly process and improvement focused, able to influence and negotiate.
- Black Belt or Lean Expert certification preferred.
- Experience working cross-functional/ multi-cultural teams.
- A global mind-set, preferably having worked with teams in multi-region areas.
- Self-starter, with very good communication skills.
