Do you want to join our team?
We are looking for a Supervisor for our Sprinter store in Osdorp.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, train and coordinate the store team to ensure targets are achieved.
- Comply with and manage company policy and procedures (sales and customer service, merchandise, staffing, training, store product placement and till management).
- Ensure compliance with key store management indicators (sales, turnover, margins, customer satisfaction and budgets).
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum MBO diploma.
- Minimum 1 year experience in store and team management.
- Advanced vocational training.
- Passion for fashion or sports footwear.
- Resolute and analytical person.
- High level of English (B2) is a plus.
