Customer Support Representative (Inbound Calls) [Pakistan]


 

JOB OVERVIEW

Facon is looking for a Customer Support Representative for Inbound Calls, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues through phone interactions. An ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service to help them resolve their issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and inquiries using established procedures
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding product information, pricing, and promotions
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate internal departments for resolution
  • Record customer information, inquiries, and feedback into the company database.
  • Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets
  • Follow all compliance protocols and report directly to the team lead
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any complex issues

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Qualification: O/A Levels, Intermediate or Bachelor's in any discipline
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as CSR, preferably in a US based call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
  • Proficient in Excel and relevant MS-Office tools
  • Understanding of E-commerce retail will consider a plus point
