NVIDIA is searching for an extraordinary Senior Solutions Architect as key part of our Cloud Provider team. Primary responsibilities will be to lead hardware/software customer technical engagements around NVIDIA products (Network/GPU) and technologies deployed in our partners cloud datacenters. Solution architect works closely with partners globally, solving customers' problems with their engineering teams, and helping them build a successful NVIDIA practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- First and primary point of contact for architectural advice around hardware and software technologies.
- Work closely with the entire customer team, including sales and program management, as well as applications engineering.

Shepherd critical customer issues and provide timely advance warning of critical issues that need attention.- Technical authority on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting Sales Account Managers, and working closely with the team to secure design wins, and to lead the support of the product through the design-in phase all the way to product end of life.
- Become a trusted advisor on technology to your customer and establish relationships to facilitate rapid resolution of issues and promote the highest levels of customer delight.
What we need to see:
- BS or MS in Computer Architecture, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related data intensive Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a programming or architect role.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-experts
- Minimum 2+ years software development or support experience in networking.
- Familiar with one domain of DPDK application, virtual switch, gateway, or storage.
- Familiarity with GPU server/system.
- Comfortable in a hands-on environment
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems architecture
- Familiarity with at least one of C, C++, or Python
- Good English communication skill.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Performance tuning methodology is an advantage.RDMA (RoCE or IB) and cyber security knowledge is an advantage.
- GPU development experience
- Deep Learning and/or AI experience
- Hyperscale/Cloud development/deployment experience
