Job Description
The Warehouse administrator role involves a variety of tasks such as,
- Interacting with clients and maintaining effective communication.
- Performing general administrative tasks.
- Conducting data entry to input and organise information.
- Completing time sheets to accurately record work hours.
- Entering work orders to initiate and track tasks.
- Reviewing and approving invoices for payment.
- Providing excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal candidate for this role would have the following skills:
- Intermediate- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Microsoft suites.
- Blue-collar experience in a related field, providing practical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, promoting effective interaction.
