Job Description

The Warehouse administrator role involves a variety of tasks such as,

  • Interacting with clients and maintaining effective communication.
  • Performing general administrative tasks.
  • Conducting data entry to input and organise information.
  • Completing time sheets to accurately record work hours.
  • Entering work orders to initiate and track tasks.
  • Reviewing and approving invoices for payment.
  • Providing excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal candidate for this role would have the following skills:

  • Intermediate- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Microsoft suites.
  • Blue-collar experience in a related field, providing practical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, promoting effective interaction.
