Digital Marketing and Customer Care specialist [South Africa]


 

We are looking for a marketing expert to be based in the head office in port elizabeth to connect with our members and promote our membership offering and services on social media and all electronic platforms from emails to calls and deal with general branch communication

to respond to all branches and customer request via all electronic platforms

responsibilities will include updating our social media pages, responding to followers and general curation of multiple platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills and knowledge in advertising and marketing on multiple social networks.

You will need to make ensure we maintain a strong online brand presence consistent with our marketing and customer service goals in mind.

Your work experience will involve :

  • Writing, edit and publish engaging posts and videos for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram qnd tik tok
  • Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
  • Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text
  • Updating our social media pages with compelling information

Coordinating with external teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events,

Tracking and reporting on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

  • Applying advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Responding to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R5,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
